and it is based on the average price of
Retail On-Highway Diesel Fuel.

 


 

April 1, 2008:   21.5%
This is based on the DOE's
Febrary average On-Highway
Diesel Fuel price of 3.377

  

May 1, 2008:   26.5%
This is based on the DOE's
March average On-Highway
Diesel Fuel price of 3.881




 This tariff is for movement of
 PULPBOARD AND PULPWOOD / LOGS
 


 

April 1, 2008: 13%
This is based on the DOE's average
of the weeks of 2/25, 3/6, 3/10 & 3/17
On-Highway Diesel Fuel price of 3.751

  

May 1, 2008: 14.25%
This is based on the DOE's average
of the weeks of 3/31, 4/7, 4/14 & 4/21
On-Highway Diesel Fuel price of 4.031
